On June 28, 1910, in Dubuque,  [[Frances Elizabeth Broessel Osthoff|Frances Broessel]] married [[Edward Osthoff]].  Frances was born in Jefferson, Dubuque, IA in Oct 1887 to John & Elizabeth Foell Broessell.   She was one of the first five to accept Christ at [[Oliver Garfield Smith]]'s gospel meetings at Clayton in 1918 which became [[Clayton Gospel Hall, IA]].  

* [[Vivian Helen Osthoff]] was born March 3, 1921 to Edward and Frances, and was reborn in 1970 in Garnavillo.  She never married, and died Oct. 6, 1988 in Garnavillo, IA in fellowship with [[Garnavillo Gospel Hall, IA]].
