"Our dear sister Mrs. Maggie Wilson Lockett passed away on Dec. 18th, age 93. She was saved over sixty years ago in the early days of gospel work in [[Matoaca Gospel Hall, VA|Matoaca]] and for the past few years a patient sufferer from a crippling disease in which she lost both her legs. She was a shining light until the end. The well attended funeral was taken by a brother of the local assembly. She leaves four daughters, a son and a brother to mourn her loss."
