[[Upper Melbourne Meeting Room, QC|Upper Melbourne Meeting Room]], Richmond, Val-Saint-Francois, Estrie, Southeast [[Quebec]], [[Canada]] was an exclusive brethren assembly (or an exclusive brother residing) founded prior to 1878, and an assembly of at least two different brethren by 1894.  

There was also a related assembly founded prior to 1878 in Richmond that sided with the Tunbridge Wells exclusives in 1909 and was active thru 1966.
