This assembly was a TW-exclusive assembly in [[British Columbia#Vancouver|Vancouver]], BC that was a split known as the "McDowell division" (in honor of Stanley McDowell) that was initiated about 1942, and mostly reconciled in the 1960's after Stanley's death to what is now the [[Richmond Meeting Room, BC|Richmond Meeting Room]].
