There was an exclusive brother named Edmund Gregory Hipp living in Bedford, Brome-Missisquoi, Monteregie, Greater Montreal, Southcentral Quebec, Canada that could have had a meeting room in his home around 1896. It would be presumed that he was part of the Ottawa Meeting Room, ON (now TW-N) later in life, and his daughter may have been with the Perth Meeting Room, ON (now TW-P).
