This was possibly William Eugene Holland (b. 1875 Iowa City, IA - d. 1948 Vinton, IA), son of Patrick Joseph Holland (b. 1833 Ireland, emigrated 1856, m. Catherine Purcell (b. 1840 Tipperary, Ireland - d. 1921 Iowa City, IA), d. 1901 Iowa City, IA).
