History
The assembly meeting at Pembroke was a French Kelly-Lowe-Continental assembly that had been meeting in Calumet Island, QC. It was decided, as the meeting declined in numbers, to move the meeting to Pembroke, ON as two of the three families were from Pembroke, ON opposed to the one family from Calumet Island, QC.
