History
Upper Melbourne Meeting Room, Richmond, Val-Saint-Francois, Estrie, Southeast Quebec, Canada was an exclusive brethren assembly (or an exclusive brother residing) founded prior to 1878, and an assembly of at least two different brethren by 1894.
There was also a related assembly founded prior to 1878 in Richmond that sided with the Tunbridge Wells exclusives in 1909 and was active thru 1966.
