In 1854, Jean Jacques Loizeaux emigrated from France to the west of Vinton, Iowa, he was introduced to the EB in his home country. He handwrote tracts, and by 1857 he had setup the Loizeaux Bros. publishing company, later in New York City, New York (for 81 years) then Neptune, New Jersey. The original location is west of Vinton on the original homestead. It is apparent that after the Grant division in 1884, there was a TW-Lowe meeting thru 1908, that may have continued as a Lowe meeting that connected with the Kelly brethren in 1926.
