Crowder Neidhardt (b. 1895 OK - d. 1973 Granite City, Madison, IL). Arthur was employed in 1920 in Haileyville as a railroad car inspector.

In 1963, their son Jerry Leroy Lipe was married in East Alton.

Death

Wayne died on May 3, 1975 in Bethalto, Madison, Illinois, and his wife Capitola succeeded him in 1997 in Alton, Illinois, and was buried in Bethalto.
