Difference between revisions of "Arundel Meeting Room, QC"

From +1878-1911+, there was a French TW-Lowe exclusive assembly in Arundel and nearby [[Rouge Valley Meeting Room, QC|Rouge Valley]]. At some juncture this likely went with another branch of the exclusives for a period of time, or commuted to [[Newman Place Christian Assembly, QC|Natural History Hall]] in Montreal. In 1942, there was a division prompted over a disciplinary issue in [[Hamilton Meeting Room, ON|Hamilton]] in [[Ontario]] that came to be known as the [[McDowell Division]] resulting in several meetings separated away from the TW's, which still exists in Arundel in 2025, in spite of a number of good-faith attempts to reconcile with a TW assembly in [[Rockway Valley Meeting Room, QC|Rockway Valley]] that is presumed to have died out. A number of Montreal brethren also have summer cottages in nearby Lake MacDonald in Harrington.
