Arbor Oaks Bible Chapel is an open brethren assembly in Dubuque, [[Iowa]] that started about 1984 when [[Emmaus Bible College]] moved to the area from Oak Park, Chicagoland, [[Illinois]]. It was previously known as Asbury Road Bible Chapel, and met many years in the auditorium at Emmaus, before constructing their own building on JFK Road, and is currently in the process of expanding their Sunday School rooms and building a gymnasium. From this assembly hived two other assemblies, Asbury Community Chapel (now [[Anchor Community Church, IA|Anchor Community Church]] and [[Great Adventure Church, IA|Great Adventure Church]], popularly known as GAC.
