Saved in 1940 and received into fellowship at Central Gospel Hall of Detroit, later West Chicago Blvd., then for 24 years at Sherman. Known as a faithful and dependable Christian who served as an elder and teacher, with a quiet, godly manner that was much appreciated in the community.
