Herbert Collins Webber registered for the World War Two draft at the age of 35 on Oct. 16, 1940, having a home address of Box 304, Worcester, Otsego, New York. He was born in Bristol, England on Feb. 3, 1905, and registered as a U.S. citizen. His wife was Sara Melrose Webber. He was registered employed as an evangelist with the Plymouth Brethren.
