There are ministry reports in the 1950's for a Samuel Stewart in New Carlisle, Quebec, then Grand Cascapedia, Quebec;
Then in December 1968 in Cosmopolis, WA; then in February 1975 in Victoria, BC; Not sure this is the same one.
