W.W. White, Numa, Iowa:

"I am writing you at this time to acknowledge the gift from the Pioneer Fund of Letters of Interest. Please accept my heartiest thanks for same in His name who loves us. This summer we had about two weeks meetings in a home in the city of Davenport where a few are seeking to go on for God. These small companies seem to be touch neglected and need to be encouraged.

David Lawrence and I had two weeks meetings in the open air in Jerome, Iowa. Just five miles from our home. This is a small town of little more than one hundred. In its days of prosperity it had a band but all that is left now is the stand and this came in good for us as we had the use of it, from which we preached the Gospel. Chairs were furnished for the town folk, those from the country parked in front and sat in their cars. We Had a good hearing at this time, two girls professed to be saved.

While having meetings at Stout, Iowa where for a number of years the Lord has been manifesting His power in saving sinners a brother and his wife took me to visit in the country from house to house and there we three had the privilege of speaking with an old woman 88 years of age and she discovered she was just a lost sinner and she passed from death unto life thus the Lord has given us to realize that the Gospel is the Power of God unto Salvation to every one that bclieveth, young and old alike."

“GIVE AND IT SHALL BE GIVEN UNTO YOU.”
