Good News Chapel was founded in 1935 by Arthur & Ceinwyn Stebbings, who were in fellowship with Pawtucket Gospel Hall in Rhode Island, moving to Attleboro to establish a printing business. As per GNBC's website, they started meeting to break bread with Walter & Florence Jacobsen, and Eugene & Hilda Qvarnstrom.
