History

Beginning in 1971, Gospel meetings and Bible studies were conducted every Friday evening in a room made over into a small chapel in the home of Roger Drouyn. Believers traveled to Sorel on Sundays for the Lord's Supper, a trip of 25 to 30 miles. In September 1974, the Breaking of Bread was celebrated for the first time at Saint-Guillaume. Roger Drouyn left the work in 1983. However, the assembly carried on for several years until its closure in 1987/88.
