See Branches of Plymouth Brethren to explain abbreviation types (although in short: OB (& TW-P) are Halls & Chapels within the "open brethren" (although GH's (generally) maintain a separate network from the Chapels). EB/TW/TW-N are "Careful" Brethren (similar to OB Halls), and BC are (generally) independent community churches with early or indirect PB influence, and will (usually) not consider themselves "Brethren").  AA/CA refers to assemblies of African or Caribbean origin, or predominant demographic, although all ethnicities are overly welcome in any assemblies.

The above primer link expands on the abbreviations, and also contains introduction to this (and other) sheets within the overall History. There have been scores of branches with their own distinctive networks and strengths within the history of the PB, and many branches continue to flourish today, and while no assembly or gathering is identical to the others, each is thought to maintain a fervent desire for simplicity in gathering around the Lord Jesus, though practices and secondary doctrines may vary culturally and/or preferentially as autonomous (yet inter-dependent) local churches.

Assemblies are sorted geographically, and will, D.V., eventually have further history within. Red links on Brethrenpedia are presently undeveloped, and blue links contain data. Wife: Jennie Emelia Carlson Bischke (1914-2009 Minneapolis, MN), daughter of Anders Gustav "Andrew" Carlson (b. 1873 Sweden; emig. 1907; d. 1929 Minneapolis, MN) & Gina Eriksen Carlson (b. 1876 Eidskog, Hedmark, Norway - d. 1920 Minneapolis, MN).

Sarah is buried in the "Brethren Cemetery" in Carrington, Foster, N.D. 1920 Telephone Lineman @ Los Angeles, CA; Wife: Hazel May Crowell Blocher-Burkeman (b. 1890 Lake Mills, IA - d. 1972 Des Moines, IA), a retired practical nurse, and daughter of Benjamin Crowell (b. 1851 Union, Madison, IN - d. 1918 Fertile, IA) & Jennie Myrtle Wescott Crowell (b. 1857 Albion, N.Y. - d. 1947 Fertile, Worth, IA). Jennie migrated with her parents, George & Elinor Penney Wescott, to Worth County in 1869, regarded pioneer residents of the area, and she was a long-term schoolteacher. Memorial for Jennie was held at Fertile Christian Church, officiated by a pastor of an evangelical church in Manly. Ira's wife Hazel was identified in 1972 as in fellowship with the Buchanan Street Meeting Room in Des Moines, Iowa where she lived since 1942, relocating there from Mason City after Ira died.
      • Leon Ezra Blocher (b. 1919 Long Beach, Los Angeles, CA - d. 2001 Des Moines, Polk, IA). When he registered for the draft in WWII, he was employed as a mechanic for Joe Daniels of Mason City, enlisting with the Navy. He later founded Blocher Body Service. Wife: Jane Benson Blocher (b. 1917 Mason City, IA - d. 2012 Des Moines, IA), daughter of Elmer Martin "Benny" Benson (b. 1885 Jamestown, N.D. - d. 1945 Manly, IA) & Mable Nutehill Mitchell Benson (b. Manly, IA). Benny Benson was employed 1905-1923 as a professional baseball player, as a 2nd Baseman, 3rd Baseman and Shortstop, in the Minor Leagues, some with the Southern league, four years in the American association with Columbus and Milwaukee, a season with Oklahoma City, and some time with the Three-Eye league. See Baseball-Reference.com for detail on Benny's career. His parents were born in Norway, and he was also employed in 1920 as a railway painter.

In 1861, Charles was R.C., & 1871-1901 Anglican. In 1911, the family emigrated from Lyleton, MB to St. John, N.D., by driving across with horses, and was employed as a hardware merchant.
      • Ina Lillian Reid Cosgrove (b. 1887 Leeds Co., ON - d. 1935 Winnipeg, MB). Husband: Joseph Gibson Cosgrove (b. 1884 Napinka, MB - d. 1970 Winnipeg, MB), son of James Barnes Cosgrove (b. 1849 Hope, Durham, ON - d. 1931 Melita, MB) & Mary Mathilda Vall Cosgrove (b. 1858 Kars, Kings, NB - d. 1932 Melita, MB).
      • Edith Margaret Kathleen Reid Greenway (b. 1897 MB - d. 1980 Jarvie, Whitecourt, AB), a schoolteacher in 1920 in Antler. Husband: Rev. Reginald Watts Greenway (b. 1906 Waskada, MB; later Vancouver, B.C.; d. 1974 Westlock, AB), son of William Nelson Greenway (b. 1868 Stephen, Huron South, ON - d. 1949 Jarvie, AB) & Ada Rachel Smith Greenway (b. 1882 Selkirk, MB - d. 1956 Jarvie, AB). Ada was a descendant of Ralph Smith (b. 1610 Norfolk, Eng. - d. 1685 Eastham, Barnstable, MA), who is alleged by historian Solomon Lincoln, Jr., to have been listed first among the founders of what is now known as Hingham, in metro Boston, in 1633. In 1916, Reginald and his parents were affiliated with the Methodists, and in 1933 was self-employed as a violin teacher, and in 1940 in "evangelistic musical services" based in Oakland, California, while residing in Chicago, IL. He was later a member of the Gideons in Westlock, AB.

Howard had four daughters including Grace Cook, as well as Lillie May (b. 1878 Dickinson Co., KS - d. 1944 Walla Walla, WA) who married Jeptha Charles Thonney of Dixie, Walla Walla, WA.
