1958-11 WiS: "Bro. Mehl reports a good opening day in the Assembly's new location here (formerly Mesick). The Word was appreciated by those attending from Alpena, Midland, Saginaw and Detroit. This is a small assembly but they seem to have a desire to continue in God's ways, which is good."

1958-12 WiS: "William Ferguson visited the small assembly here. The assembly is young, but desires God's ways and it is a joy to seek to help such. Brethren from Bay City and Midland also gave them a call recently."
