Bowler family
The Bowler family emigrated from England in 1910, settling initially at Medicine Hat, then in Stettler, Red Deer, AB in 1916. In 1911, Thomas was employed as a farmer, and the three daughters as "house help", and the family was Anglican. In 1916, Thomas was a soldier, Evelyn as an accountant for a laundry, and Doris was a telephone operator, and the family was PB, possibly KLC as Doris married Henry Ducommun, son of Emile & Rachel Ducommun, who were PB in Vancouver in 1911.

Carlton family
Thomas Carlton was a farmer, living in Red Deer in AB in 1916. The family resided in Vancouver in 1911, which is the earliest mention of PB affiliation, connected to the whole family. In 1921, they lived at Dublin, Red Deer. In 1901, William was single, and working as a farm laborer in Westbourne, Macdonald, MB and registered Methodist, and living with his elder sister and brother-in-law, also Methodist, William Robert Herron (1864-1939) & Lottie Carlton Herron (1876-1918), who were registered "Christian" by 1911 in Vancouver, then "Church of Christ" in 1916. Robert was employed for 28 years by C.L. Jacques, manager of the Immigration Agency, as a carpenter, and lived for 36 years in Calgary where he died. Dr. W.G. Wilson officiated his memorial.
- William "Thomas" Carlton +1916-1921+ (b. 1881 Simcoe or Muskoka, ON - d. 1943 Cut Knife, SK), son of William John Carlton (b. 1853 Bruce Co., ON - d. 1924 Point Grey, Vancouver, BC) & Isabella Kirkland Carlton (b. 1857 Wolford, ON; m. 1875 Muskoka, ON; d. 1922 Vancouver, BC). The elder William John Carlton resided in Vancouver 1911-1924, previously living in Plumas, MB, and registered Episcopalian in 1875, Isabella was Methodist. Thomas resided in Vancouver & Alberta, relocating to farm in Vera in 1923. Memorial officiated at the PB meeting place, and officiated by Mr. Graham of Calgary. Pallbearers were John Broadfoot, John Martin, Ralph Mullins, Art Marshall, John Rutley & Harvey Rutley.
- Penelope MacLean Grant Carlton +1916-1921+ (b. 1878 Guelph, ON - d. 1966 Abbotsford, BC), daughter of Peter Grant (b. 1840 Wellington, ON - d. 1921 Vancouver, BC) & Penelope Wallace MacLean Grant (b. 1807 Badenoch, Inverness, Scot. - d. 1879 Guelph, ON). Peter Grant was affiliated with the PB as early as 1891, and Wellington was settled in the 1830's, so he and his family would be considered early settlers there. Penelope's memorial in 1966 was at the Abbotsford Gospel Hall on Tessaro St., speakers included Alex Wilson & Hector Alves.

Munro family
Annie Munro and her sister Reta worked as clerks for a general store in Red Deer in 1916, and lodged with Thomas Mark Wright and his wife Lucy Wright, an Anglican family. Annie married Levering Benedict (b. 1892 Stantontown, OH - d. 1956 Altadena, Los Angeles, CA), and moved to Carmel Hills Retirement Home in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1986 where she remained until her death in 1992, and in fellowship with Charlotte Gospel Hall, NC (KLC).

Husband (1905 @ Bowden, AB): Samuel Walter Hewitt (b. 1883 Bracebridge, Simcoe, ON - d. 1965 Innisfail, AB), son of William Hewitt & Abigail Willis Hewitt. William Hewitt was born in Macauley, Ireland, managed a hotel in Bracebridge, and was CoE in 1871. Samuel came to Innisfail as a child (after 1891), and was credited in his obit as a "pioneer resident" of that area. He homesteaded in the Knee Hill Valley district early in life, then became a cattle buyer in Innisfail. He served overseas with the 187th Battalion in WWI. Walter Love & John L. Tiebe officiated his memorial.

Anthony & Charity were Episcopalian in 1876.
