Amadio family
- Albert Amadio 1918-1974 (b. 1895 Castle di Sauna/Larna, Province Ascoli Pocono, Italy - d. 1974 Bryn Mawr, PA). Albert was saved on 1-6-1918 on his birthday, and inducted in Ardmore on 4-28-1918 to WWI, serving overseas from 6-15-1918 to 3-27-1919 in the Def. Sector, Meuse-Argonne, Flanders, & Escout-Handes-Offs with no injuries. He was stationed as a Private with 31st Co., 8th Batt., 155th Dep. Brig. until 5-27-1918, then with Co. C in the 145th Infantry until his honorable discharge on 4-14-1919 at Camp Dix in New Jersey upon demobilization. In 1942, he was employed as a building mechanic for Philadelphia Electric Co. (now PECO), at 10th & Chestnut St., and may have retired with this company that was founded in 1881 and currently provides electricity to most of the area.
T&T 1974-4: Bryn Mawr, PA: "Our dear brother Albert Amadio went to be with the Lord on July 20th, aged 79. He was born in Italy and born again in Ardmore, Pa. on his 23rd birthday. After, he was baptized and received into fellowship and has been a steady influence ever since. A large number of relatives and friends gathered at the funeral take by our brothers Jim Smith and Bill Oliver."
- Elizabeth "Bessie" MacPherson Amadio 1924-1977 (b. 1905 Port Glasgow, Scot. - d. 1977 Bryn Mawr, PA),
T&T 1977-12: "Mrs. Albert (Bessie) Amadio of Bryn Mawr, PA., on Aug. 31, age 72. Our dear sister was born near Port Glasgow, Scotland and saved in the same district at 14 years of age. She and others in her family in Scotland were reached as the result of an older sister being brought to the Sunday School. After a time of concern, she was saved through Isaiah 12:2 following a regular Sunday night gospel meeting. She has been faithful in the Bryn Mawr assembly since coming here in younger years. The funeral was shared by William and David Oliver."
WiS 1977-11: B.M., PA: "Our beloved sister Mrs. Albert Amadio went to be with the Lord on Aug. 31, 1977 aged 73. Her maiden name Elizabeth McPherson (sic), she was saved at Port Glasgow, Scotland when 15 and has been in fellowship in this Assembly for 53 years. She leaves 2 sons and one daughter, Mary, of this Assembly. Her husband predeceased her a few years, the family has that 'Blessed Hope'."

Husband: Norman Standish Goodrich (b. 1909 Glenwood, Pope, MN - d. 1992 NV), son of William "Will" Leonard Goodrich (b. 1875 Ionia, MI - d. 1915 Minneapolis, Hennepin, MN) & Camilla Marie Hirsch Goodrich (b. 1877 WI - d. 1925 Minneapolis, MN). Camilla was a member of Bethesda English Lutheran @ 50th St. & 31st Ave. S. pastored by Henry Truman Gordon (b. 1889 Portland, ND - d. 1963 Wausau, WI).
