Saint-Vincent, Sculptor, Dies: Retired Draftsman Known In Art World: "Services for William A. Saint-Vincent Sr., Pittsburgh sculptor and artist, will be at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow in the Paul C. Forsaith Funeral Home, 126 Hazelwood Ave., Hazelwood. Mr. Saint-Vincent, 91, died yesterday in his home at 126 Greenfield Ave., Greenfield, after a brief illness. A native of London, he retired in 1958 after 15 years as a draftsman for Allegheny County.

He decorated the chapel of Christ Episcopal Church, Union Ave., North Side (1831-1958). Among his sculptured works were statues for two arches at the Grand Army of the Republic encampment here in 1894. They were eight-foot figures representing Washington, Lincoln, Grant and the Goddess of Liberty. He also created a bust of Franklin D. Roosevelt, two copies of which are in the Library of Congress in Washington. He was a member of the Plymouth Brethren Congregation which meets in the Squirrel Hill Community Center. His late brother, Orester, was a sculptor at Madam Tussaud's Wax Museum in London." (The Pittsburgh Press, 1962-3-20)
