Wood family

The Wood family apparently immigrated to Canada just prior to 1815, and were Presbyterian thru 1871.

In 1889, John was the correspondent for the North Elmsley Meeting Room, along with John Ford (who was also the contact thru 1894). Robert Wood was the contact +1878-1894+ for the Lombardy Meeting Room. In 1881-1911, John & Maria Wood were PB and resided at South Elmsley, Leeds & Grenville, ON. In 1921, William & Clara Wood resided in Perth, their father John Wood resided with them, all registered PB, so likely with the Perth Meeting Room then.
