"Thomas Brothers, the Pilgrim preachers and singers, are conducting a gospel campaign in a tent at the home of her sister, Mrs. Edward Irving place in Rutherford. They preach every evening except Saturday at 8 o'clock this week."

The "Thomas Brothers" referenced would be Garnet E. Thomas and his brother Will Thomas.

1929

Garnet spoke in the fourth and fifth week of eleven weeks at Hawthorne Gospel Mission as one of the Pilgrim Preachers "who have carried the Gospel to every corner of the British Isles" in 1929, preceded by James McKendrick & H.C. Hartranft, and succeeded by Allen S. Wheatcraft, Berlin Martin Nottage, and Louis Talbot.  See the separate article on the Hawthorne Gospel Mission for detail.
