Early Assemblies

In 1901, a TW-Lowe exclusive assembly was founded in northeastern Tennessee in Sullivan Co., known as the Bristol Meeting Room that was active thru 1973.

Johnson City Gospel Hall

Then there was an open brethren assembly +1936-1954 in Johnson City, Washington Co., northeastern Tennessee, part of the Johnson City / Kingsport / Bristol TN/VA CSA. In 1936, it was known as Grace Gospel Hall, thereafter as Johnson City Gospel Hall.

Later Assemblies

Later in nearby Bristol, Sullivan, TN there developed another open brethren assembly, Kingstown Gospel Hall, with a contact of Dr. D.R. Best.

In more recent years, there have also developed two exclusive assemblies in Jonesborough, in the same county, Jonesborough Christian Assembly (KLC-EB), and the other Jonesborough Meeting Room (TW-N-EB)+1999-present in Gray (+1999-2005+) then Jonesborough (+2010-present).
