The Assemblée chrétienne de l'Ouest de Montréal began in 1976 in the Notre Dame de Grâce section of the metropolis. Led by [[André Marchildon]] and [[Leslie Russell]], this was a hive-off of the work of the Grande Maison assembly in Duvernay. By the end of the decade, some thirty-five people were attending services. In 1981, André Marchildon was commended to the work of administration on behalf of all the Grande Maison assemblies, a role in which he continued well beyond the demise of this assembly. History

L'Assemblée Chrétienne de l'Ouest de Montréal, Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, Montréal, Southcentral Québec, Canada was a French open brethren assembly founded 1976 and active through 1987.

The Assemblée chrétienne de l'Ouest de Montréal began in 1976 in the Notre Dame de Grâce section of the metropolis. Led by André Marchildon and Leslie Russell, this was a hive-off of the work of the Grande Maison assembly in Duvernay. By the end of the decade, some thirty-five people were attending services. In 1981, André Marchildon was commended to the work of administration on behalf of all the Grande Maison assemblies, a role in which he continued well beyond the demise of this assembly.
