This was an open brethren assembly that met at a short-lived school administrated by A.B. Prichard (1901-1903) that was connected with the Bible House of Los Angeles, founded in 1898 by Prichard, Lyman Stewart (later co-founder of BIOLA), and administrated by Ralph D. Smith after Prichard left to pastor Central Presbyterian Church of Los Angeles.
