Nate Bramsen, born in Senegal, has spent much of his life on the African continent, according to a reference page on Emmaus International.  At the age of 22, while working with street children in the Middle East, he founded ROCK International, a non-profit organization and channel for projects that offer Relief, Opportunity and Care for Kids amid danger, abuse and neglect.  ROCK is also a multi-language media source for Resources Of Crucial Knowledge.  Nate oversees international development projects as he carries out a global itinerant ministry.

From his site on his bio, Nate is currently based in Niger, West Africa, and "travels extensively around the world speaking at conferences, universities and churches with a passion to see this generation become unconditional followers of Jesus Christ and have an eternal vision for the unreached world around them."

He has a weekly podcast "Unfiltered" available on iTunes or via his website, or you can learn more via his Facebook page or his Instagram.

In December 2017, Emmaus International published What If Jesus Meant What He Said authored by Nate, with the following teaser: "What if Jesus’ words were never intended to fit into your existing lifestyle? What if they were meant to change everything? What if Jesus never wanted merely part of your life? What if He wants everything?

Instead of offering easy answers, these pages ask difficult questions, leading the reader on a journey with life-altering implications. If Jesus meant what He said, how might His words affect our relationships, investments, speech, perspectives, discipleship, spiritual disciplines, and every other aspect of life? What if the only balanced Christian life is all-out surrender to Jesus Christ?"

The book is available at Emmaus International or on Amazon.
