Vancouver McD Meeting Room, BC

This assembly was a TW-exclusive assembly in Vancouver, BC that was a split known as the "McDowell division" (in honor of Stanley McDowell) that was initiated about 1942, and mostly reconciled in the 1960's after Stanley's death to what is now the Richmond Meeting Room.
