- Light & Liberty: 1945-5: Washington, D.C.: "Brethren Sheldrake and Mehl have just closed a series of meetings at Chillum Heights Gospel Chapel. We had a wonderful ministry meeting there last Lord's Day afternoon with Sheldrake, Mehl and A. Van Ryn (who was at 14th St. this past week for a series). All spoke, followed by lunch in the hall served by the sisters. A full hall enjoyed blessed ministry and wonderful fellowship."

- Light & Liberty: 1947-5: F.W. Schwartz, 5035 S. Martindale Ave., Detroit, MI: "Just returned from the East. Had a brief series with the Grace Chapel assembly in New York, which was appreciated. Then had a series of Gospel meetings in Washington, D.C., (Chillum Heights), in which the Lord gave blessing, for which we praise Him." April 3
1950's
1950
- Letters of Interest: 1950-4: James Gibson, 809 Maitland St., London, Ontario, Can.: "Have had meetings at both assemblies here in Harrisburg, Penna. A good attendance, although roads were icy. The saints were encouraged by the ministry. Some blessing attended the preaching of the Word at Chillum Heights, Washington, D.C., during eight nights. The meetings at 14th St. Assembly were marred somewhat by very wet weather. We had some meetings at three assemblies at Baltimore with some blessing."
1951
- Letters of Interest: 1951-3: Cesare Patrizio, 908 Pasadena Ave., Philadelphia, PA: "In the early part of the year Brother Patrizio had three weeks of gospel meetings in Chillum Heights Gospel Chapel, Washington, D.C. At present writing he is in Bryn Mawr visiting Italian families in their homes with the gospel. It was here 34 years ago that Brother Patrizio saw his landlord, an atheist, saved. When our brother first presented the gospel to him he flew into a rage and threatened to strike him. Two weeks later he was saved and went on through the years. He went to be with the Lord on December 21, 1950."
1952
- Assembly Annals: 1952-4: Washington, D.C.: Brother W.C. Bousfield writes, "Having good meetings in the Chillum Heights Gospel Chapel. From various States strangers are coming out every night and more than fifty people have asked for God's Way of Salvation and God has again blessed His Word in salvation. John Adams, of Creemore, Ont., is with me."
- Letters of Interest: 1952-5: John H. Adams (Creemore, ON) & W.C. Bousfield (Sanford, N.C.: "These brethren held six weeks of gospel meetings in the Chillum Heights Hall, Washington, D.C. The Lord was pleased to manifest his presence and blessing."

Rae, and A. Craig. Lord willing I shall be in the Philadelphia area for some time."
1959

- Light & Liberty: 1959-9: George M. Landis, Rt. 2, Box 79, Fayetteville, PA: "I have been here at Greenwood Hills practically all summer. I was a weekend at a little meeting in the home of Obie Snider between Bedford and Altoona. Last weekend I was in the Chillum Heights Gospel Chapel in Washington. October 4-9 I am to be in Kingston, and Oct. 11-25 in Brantford, Ontario.
1960's
1961
- Letters of Interest: 1961-6: Rainey Helps Assembly at Orlando, Florida: George Rainey, Box 675, Sorrento, Fla.: "I gave some help while at home in the assembly at Orlando, Fla. God is blessing the work of the brethren there and since Svend Christensen came down from Canada to help, God has been using him in the assembly. We need more room already in the Sunday school and thus we are asking God through His people to meet this important need. At the moment I am at Chillum Heights Assembly in Washington, D.C., seeking to give ministry for two weeks. We have had a good start and the Lord's people desire the Word of God. Go on to Philadelphia; Trenton, N.J.; and other points in Pennsylvania during May and June with the Bread of God. My health is much better in spite of the fact that I tire quickly. But I am thankful that I can work again for Christ and the Church."
1962
- Light & Liberty: 1962-1: Washington, D.C.: "The assembly formerly meeting in Chillum Heights Gospel Chapel are temporarily meeting in a church building at 9240 Riggs Road, Adelphi, Maryland, (just beyond University Lane), pending construction of their new building on Colesville Road. L.W. Wineberg."
- Letters of Interest: 1962-9: Two Saved Within Two Weeks at Chillum Heights: "The assembly formerly meeting in Chillum Heights Gospel Chapel, Washington, D.C., temporarily meeting in church building at 9240 Riggs Road, Adelphi, Maryland (Sundays and Tuesdays only), have plans for their new building in the hands of architects with expectation that bids for construction will be solicited shortly. In the will of the Lord, we hope to see the building erected before winter weather. Two persons have professed to be saved within two weeks. Attendance has increased somewhat. A real interest has been shown in Bible readings conducted in a Christian's home. L.W. Wineberg."

Landis, Rt. 2, Box 79, Fayetteville, PA: "After finishing five weeks at Emmaus in Sept. and early October, I spent a week in Grand Rapids, a week in Detroit, a week at Turner Road Chapel in Windsor, then two weeks in Divine Street Gospel Hall, Sarnia. Since being home I was at the Thanksgiving Conference in Waynesboro Chapel, Pa., and a week end at Blemar Gospel Hall, N.J. The next week end I will be with the brethren at Chillum Heights Assembly. They are not in their new building yet, in a suburb of Washington. Then for several weeks I will be ministering around home area."
