Henry & Helen Huggins were Presbyterian. Alfred and his sister Esther were registered as such thru 1921, then as "United" by 1931.

• Henry Alfred Huggins (b. 1872 Woodstock, ON - d. 1944 Toronto, ON), son of Enoch Huggins (b. 1832 NM - d. 1914 Hastings Co., ON) & Esther Emma George Huggins (b. 1836 Hamilton, ON - d. 1904 Stoneleigh, Bracebridge, ON). Enoch was an engineer, and emigrated from the USA to Canada with his parents John Huggins (b. 1774 Eng.) & Elizabeth Huggins (b. 1799 Eng.), and living in Woodstock by 1851 where John was employed as an engineer, and Enoch as a machinist. By 1861, Enoch was employed as an engineer.
• Helen "Ellen" Cooper Huggins (b. 1872 Stoneleigh, Muskoka, ON), daughter of Andrew Cooper (b. 1834 Scot. - d. 1915 Stoneleigh, ON) & Janet Cooper (b. 1831 Scot. - d. 1910 Stoneleigh, ON). Andrew was employed in 1881 as a farmer in Langford, Bracebridge, Muskoka, and is buried in the pioneer section of the local cemetery there. Janet's memorial was officiated by Francis Hamilton Hincks (b. 1878 Galt, ON - d. 1939 Port Arthur, Thunder Bay, ON), CoE clergyman.
