Wife: Catherine Muir Surgenor (b. 1885 Glasgow, Scot.), daughter of John Muir (b. 1855 Walston, Lanark, Scot.).
- Annie Muir Surgenor Fraser (b. 1910 Scot. - d. 1974 Orcas, San Juan, CA), married Neil McCormick Fraser (b. 1902 - d. 1974 Orcas, CA). Annie must have lived in Victoria, B.C. for a time prior to her wedding. Neil was living in Detroit, MI in 1936 when they were married at Duncan & Effie's home on Fairfax Ave., West Hartford, CT, the service officiated by Robert Oliver of Holyoke, MA. They settled first in 1936 at Alexandria, [{Michigan|MI]]. Neil was a commended worker many years serving the assemblies.
- Euphemia "Fay" McNicol Surgenor Smart (b. 1912 Scot. - d. 2002 Pittsboro Christian Village, Chatham, N.C.). In 1938, while living in Toronto, where they settled, Fay married John Paul Smart (b. 1906 Scot. - d. 1975 Oak Park, Cook, IL). The forementioned Robert Oliver performed the wedding ceremony, Mrs. C. Ernest Tatham performed the wedding music, Neil Fraser was best man, and their honeymoon was in Muskoka Lakes, ON. John Smart was, in 1941, one of three cofounders of what is now Emmaus Bible College. He was the son of Peter Smart (b. 1880 Cowdenbeath, Fife, Scot. - d. 1963 Victoria, B.C.) & Amelia Janet Watson Kemp Smart (b. 1882 Perth, Perthshire, Scot. - d. 1969 Oak Bay, B.C.).

Flora was raised Presbyterian.

Florence was the daughter of Irving Glenney (b. 1884 CT - d. 1942 Manchester, CT) & Jane E. Jackson Glenney (b. 1884 Ballynary, Co. Armagh, N.I. - d. 1972 Manchester, CT). In 1901, Jane's elder brother Stevenson Jackson (1879-1916), at the age of 22, was in fellowship with an assembly at Ballynary, while the rest of the family was still with the Church of Ireland. In 1903, Stevenson departed for Cape Town, South Africa. By 1911, he was living at Portadown, Armagh, N.I., working as a brick manufacturer, his wife's name was Rachel Smith Jackson, and they had two children, Moses Dillon Jackson (b. 1908) & Glory Jackson (1910-1911), and his younger brother William (b. 1881) was living and working with Stevenson, who died in 1916 at Co. Down. Thomas E.'s brother, Donald R. Woods, is a founder of Manchester Bible Chapel.
