The exclusive brethren have been in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania since prior to 1873, John Nelson Darby included the city on at least one of his visits to North America. In 1890, this branch of exclusives are known to historians as TW-Lowe-eb (PB-III), and from 1909 as TW-eb. In 1890, the U.S. Religious Census indicated one PB-III assembly in Philadelphia Co., with 22 meeting in a rented hall with a capacity of 100. By 1973, the meeting was in Glenside, and by 1992 in its current area known as Willow Grove.
