There have been EB assemblies in Rome, Floyd, [[Georgia]] since prior to 1878. In that year, there were two assemblies, one was meeting in the home of Noble Green Watson, and the other in the home of George Graham.

In 1879, there were four assemblies in that area, meeting presumably in homes, in fellowship with one another:

By 1911, there was one meeting affiliated with the TW's, in the home of John Barnwell II, still 6 mi. SW of Rome, and meeting times were Su B 11am, G 7:30pm; Wed R 7:30pm. W.D. Close was also listed as a correspondent, along with G.S. Graham & Noble G. Watson. It is unknown when this meeting folded, but it was still active in 2005 with two correspondents.
