Mascher Street Gospel Hall was an open brethren assembly in [[Pennsylvania#Philadelphia|Philadelphia]], [[Pennsylvania|PA]] that folded sometime after 1982.

As per [https://brethrenpedia.org/index.php/Pennsylvania_history#1910:_Mascher_Street_Assembly.2C_Philadelphia.2C_PA History of North American (open) assemblies], the earliest open meeting in Philadelphia was existent by 1881, known as the "Old Meeting" by some, at 18th St. & Fairmount Ave., it is not known when this folded, but in 1884, a different assembly known as the [[Downtown Meeting Gospel Hall, Philadelphia, PA|Downtown Meeting]] was started after fruitful tent meetings by Irish evangelists James Campbell and William Matthews responded to a request from a new immigrant named Miss Mary Ann Smith (later Mrs. Harry) as she had been excluded from the Old Meeting after visiting an exclusive gathering.

From this Downtown Meeting sprung other assemblies, one of which became Mascher Street. It initially rented rooms in the Iron Hall in Kensington, known as Philadelphia Gospel Hall. By 1897, it had rebranded as Howard Street Gospel Hall, as it was meeting at 2426 Howard St., before moving by 1904 to 2430 Howard St. Its meetings were S.M. 10:30am, Aft. 2:30pm S.S., E. 7:30pm, Wed. Pr. 8:00pm during that era. In 1910, they purchased the location at 2447 N. Mascher St., and rebranded as its best known name. Early correspondents include D.P. Harry & Matthew Morton. It has been noted that in its final years, it met at a different location than Mascher St., but retained the name.

The Hall was valued at $15,000 with no debt (and with $1,028 in annual expenses), and $1,925 was additionally spent towards the Lord's work in 1926. [[Valley Road Gospel Hall, PA|Valley Road Gospel Hall]] (formerly Hatboro Gospel Hall]] hived from this assembly in 1930.
