Shelbyville Gospel Chapel was started somewhere before 1950, and has been closed at least ten years. T.B. Gilbert lived there in the 1960's and helped with the work, as did the Bob Clark family, the Decker family, and Walter Jensen. Mary Lou Phelan remembers thirty years of monthly missionary meetings there. T.B. Gilbert eventually moved to Huntsville, Alabama.
