There was either an exclusive brethren assembly in Picton, Prince Edward, ON from prior to 1878 thru 1903, or simply brethren residing in that area. After the divisions, they would be considered by historians as TW-Lowe.

After that period, there was unrelated gospel work done by open brethren in 1906, and 1948-1949, resulting in the start of Picton Gospel Hall (OB) which is still active.
