  • Mary Ferris Klehammer (b. 1900 Pgh., PA - d. 1968 Brighton, Monroe, Roch. metro, NY). Husband (1924 @ Monroe Co., NY): Arthur J. Klehammer. In 1924, Arthur & Mary were both employed with the Rochester Telephone Co., Mary was an operator. Their wedding was officiated by Dr. Paul Stratton (b. 1876 Millville, Cumberland, NJ - d. 1942 Holley, Orleans, NY), pastor of Brighton Presby. and Westminster Presby., both in Rochester. Dr. Stratton died in 1942 of a heart attack while polishing his car, at the time (1935-1942) pastoring at First Presby. of Holley.

Lewis family

George worked for Yates American Machine Co., which was claimed (at one time) to be the largest woodworking machinery maker in the world.   He resided at 961 Lyell Ave. & 441 Selye Terr. (1933+).  George was the earliest known correspondent for this assembly.

WiS 1955-4: Fallen Asleep: Roch., NY: "Our dear sister, Mrs. Mary McCormick “went home” Jan. 7th, aged 78. Saved a good number of years and in fellowship in the old Frost Ave. Assembly."

Perrott family

Frank resided at 766 Frost Ave. +1930-1950+, and was the last known correspondent. He immigrated to Canada with his mother and siblings in 1903, working in 1911 at the age of 15 at a department store in Toronto as an electrician. He immigrated to the U.S. by himself via Buffalo in Jan. 1913 with intent to live in Rochester, and resided at 78 Orting Weis St., Roch., in 1920. Frank's mother Elizabeth, as well as he and his siblings were registered as Anglican in Toronto in 1911. By 1921, Elizabeth had moved in with her daughter Florence Lillian Perrott Martin (b. 1881) and family, and evidently joined their Baptist church.

John C. Moore Corp. aka "City Book Bindery" was his employer in 1941, at 69-71 Stone St. As per MyCompanies.fandom.com, the corporation was founded by John C. Moore in 1839, incorporated in 1904, folded in 1992, and dissolved as a corporate entity in 1998. Its primary industry was bookbinding, index systems and business forms, and was always based in Rochester. Frank's employment in a 1920 census was as a printer in a factory, perhaps the same company.

In 1890-1891, William was self-employed as a manufacturer of ginger beer, with an office at 16 Higher Union St., in Torquay, Devon, England.

WiS 1956-2: Fallen Asleep: Roch., NY: "On Dec. 22nd, our beloved brother Frank A. Perrott passed into the presence of the Lord Whom He loved, and Whose Name he sought to honor. Well known in earlier days of the work here, he had a shepherd heart and a hospitable home. As one wrote... “A very honorable Christian man.” His widow wrote, "I hoped and prayed that he might be spared for the Winter, but it was His will to take him just at this season,” Loyal to the truth of God he had learned from the Scriptures through men of God, right to the last. Born in England in 1885 in Devonshire, saved at age of 16."
