In 1989, there was an independent split from Denton Meeting Room, a TW exclusive meeting, led by Paul L. Johnson, Tim Van Der Hoek, Bruce Selman, Scotie Selman, Doug M. Welch and others, that comprises a moderately sized meeting that is loosely affiliated with a Ravenite network that left the Taylor (now PBCC) exclusives in the early 1970's, known by some as Rentonites.
