News

2000's

2007

  • T&T 2007-9: Tidings: Saginaw, MI: "B. Doll and W. Lavery had excellent gospel tent meetings June 17-July 6 in Bridgeport, MI. A number of contacts attended, including interested older Sunday school children. A number of the Saginaw believers live in proximity to the Bridgeport area. W. Metcalf and L. Boute ministered the Word at our August 5th monthly ministry meeting attended by some from surrounding assemblies."

2009

  • T&T 2009-10: Tidings: Sag., MI: "The saints enjoyed visits and ministry from Paul Thiessen and Harrys Rodriguez in July and August. Larry Perkins and Dan Shutt were present for the August bimonthly ministry meeting. They conducted two weeks of gospel meetings in Bridgeport, MI, nine miles south of Saginaw, which were well supported by the surrounding assemblies, and the saints were very encouraged. Numbers of unsaved contacts heard the clear, sound gospel."

2020's

2024

  • T&T 2024-12: Bridgeport, MI: "The assembly that has met in the city of Saginaw, MI, since [1888] has moved to this new location. This move was necessary due to a deteriorating neighborhood and a hall built in 1945 that was not accessible to those with physical disabilities. The new hall is closer to where most of the believers live. Many of the regular Sunday visitors to the gospel meeting and Sunday School are still able to attend. The saints were blessed to have Paul Barnhardt on October 20 for the first meeting in the new hall. Please pray as they look to the Lord for blessing and for help reaching out to new people in this area."
