The registration card did not list a middle name, however, a NY passenger list from Aug. 9, 1937 listed William M. McCulloch, b. 1897 Glasgow, Scotland, traveling from St. Ann, Jamaica as a PB traveling missionary. Lists father as J. McCulloch @ Freemans Bungalow, Old Kirkpatrick, West Indies. Also indicates he was in Ohio in 1923 & 1932, and a sister-in-law Mrs. L.H. Morgan, Van Nuys, California.
