The Atlanta Meeting Room, which presently meets in Decatur was started by 1888 by George Hinman.
In 1890, as per the U.S. Religious Census, there was one PB-III assembly in Fulton Co., likely this one (now in DeKalb Co.), in a rented hall with a max capacity of 100, and with eleven people regularly attending meetings. In 1895-1896, the hall was across the road from the residence of Hinman (669 Marietta St.), who founded the assembly, as well as S. John Duncan.
