* Mrs. Florence McKay +1947-1948+ ** Dec 1948 LOI: "Mrs. Florence McKay, who with her late husband labored in the West Indies for many years, is now a resident of the Home at Longport. She sends us a few interesting details of the Home, as follows: 'This home would need to be seen to be appreciated. There are 39 guests and most of them are 80 years old, or near that age. There are continual improvements being made the for the comfort of the guests. We now have a lovely sun porch, an oil burner for supplying hot water for domestic use, and an elevator is being installed. The elevator was a necessity as the building is four stories high. Mr. Moon, when his day's work at the office was finished, was down in the shaft helping to dig in preparation for the elevator. This together with the efforts of a brother in the Home, aged 79, who with the help of others did most of the work, reduced the expense to a minimum. A cordial invitation is given to the Lord's people to visit the Home, and a hearty welcome awaits them." More news at [[Visiting Ministry at Longport Gospel Hall Home, NJ]].
