In the early 1900's, a Kelly exclusive assembly was started on the farm of William and Dorthy Letts in Sunnybank, [[Alberta]] that was known as [[Sunnybank Meeting Room, AB|Sunnybank Meeting Room]]. It became a Grant exclusive meeting, then KLC, and closed about 1990.
In the early 1930's, Harry Letts left this assembly to initiate an open brethren meeting referenced as [[Sunnybank Gospel Hall, AB|Sunnybank Gospel Hall]] that met in his home thru 1950. Its correspondent was Ernest Letts.
