Avis relocated from IA to Didsbury, AB in 1913, then Red Deer, married in 1926 @ Calgary, then moved to Jasper, then in 1932 to Wainwright, then in 1948 to Edmonton where she taught school until 1966, and moved to Claresholm in 1985. Her memorial @ Faith Community Baptist Church, Claresholm.

John Jr. came to Stettler in 1906, then to Botha where he lived 35 years, and moved to Calgary in 1940.
