added David Vallance & Daniel Baker (up-and-coming) via Doug Losey, and merged two categories (TBD & MD)

133 135 medical practitioners as of 1-25-2019. The "nurses" Eventually each category will probably have their own pages. Nurse list will someday be is in its infancy. If a separate list as name is in BLUE, there's thousandsadditional data (testimony, anecdotes, etc. It's altogether possible that each of the categories ) to be found by clicking on this list will someday have their own pages tooname.
