From +1910-1927+, this family resided at 1164 Philadelphia St., and was the first location of the assembly. In 1910, Lott was employed as a section foreman for the Buffalo, Rochester & Pittsburgh (BR&P) Railway, which functioned 1885-1932, and succeeded by the Baltimore & Ohio (B&O) [[Railroad]].
 
OR 1930-11: Ind., PA: "On Oct. 5, after years of suffering, our sister Mrs. Lott Frederick, aged 58, went to be with Christ. Saved 18 years. For years her home was open for God's servants and His people. A large funeral attended by Christians from Pittsburg district. Br. Geo. Duncan spoke the Word."
TIG 1947-1-21: Local Man Found Dead: "Lott Frederick of Indiana, R.D. #4, was found dead in a chair yesterday afternoon at about 1:45 o'clock in the basement of the Savings and Trust Bank Building of Indiana, where he had worked as a custodian. Dr. Edward L. Fleming, Indiana County coroner, said death came as a result of a heart attack. The deceased was a son of James and Martha (States) Frederick, and was born Oct. 23rd, 1870, in Punxsutawney. He was twice married, first to Margaret (Kessler) Frederick, who died in 1930, and secondly to Jennie Rainey Frederick, who survives him. Mr. Frederick was a retired railroader with the Baltimore and Ohio R.R. He had resided in Jefferson County, near Cloe for a number of years, later moving to Rossiter before coming to Indiana forty years ago. He was a member of Gospel Hall of Indiana.

Bell, Jefferson, PA) & Jane Weaver Kessler (b. 1833 PA - d. 1906 Bell, Jefferson, PA); Maggie's father was a veteran of the Civil War, of the 105th Regt., PA Infantry, Co. A, rank Private.
** Bessie Frederick Lewis. Husband: Charles Lewis. 1947 @ Atlanta, GA.
** Ruth Frederick Roser. Husband: Wilmer Roser.
