Forsaith Funeral Home, 126 Hazelwood Ave., Hazelwood. Mr. Saint-Vincent, 91, died yesterday in his home at [https://maps.app.goo.gl/yALPWMBh1SxTodg86 126 Greenfield Ave.], Greenfield, after a brief illness. A native of London, he retired in 1958 after 15 years as a draftsman for Allegheny County.
 
He decorated the chapel of Christ Episcopal Church, Union Ave., North Side (1831-1958). Among his sculptured works were statues for two arches at the [https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=mdp.39015030376530&seq=13 Grand Army of the Republic encampment] here in 1894. They were eight-foot figures representing Washington, Lincoln, Grant and the Goddess of Liberty. He also created a bust of Franklin D. Roosevelt, two copies of which are in the Library of Congress in Washington. He was a member of the Plymouth Brethren Congregation which meets in the Squirrel Hill Community Center.
