George Nelson, Donald Walter, Frederick St. Clair, and Harvey Decker were those involved in its formation. George Nelson, E.T. Mauger, and Lester Collins have been among the leaders. The assembly has commended workers to the Lord’s vineyard in Ecuadorthe Philippines, PhillippinesPapua New Guinea, and ItalyDayspring Bible Camp in Ironton, Missouri.
